These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 1show ("1show," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 1show online gaming platform accessible at https://1show.app and all associated services, features, and content.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on 1show. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or using another person's details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are required to promptly update your account information if any details change. 1show reserves the right to verify the identity of any player at any time by requesting government-issued identification, proof of address, or other supporting documentation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1show login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 1show will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access was facilitated by your failure to protect your credentials.

• Notify 1show support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Do not use another person's account, even with their permission.
• Accounts are non-transferable and cannot be sold, gifted, or assigned to another individual.
• 1show reserves the right to close inactive accounts in accordance with its dormancy policy.

All transactions on 1show are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 1show supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of locally preferred payment methods including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20.

Deposits are credited to your 1show wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. While 1show endeavors to process deposits instantly, processing times may vary depending on the payment channel used and may be subject to delays beyond 1show's control.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Verification: 1show may require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal request. Players must cooperate fully with all verification requests.

In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence for the relevant promotion.

General bonus terms applicable across all 1show promotions include:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be used within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses will be removed from the player's account without compensation.

1show collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the 1show platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
